The Sierra Nevada's of Lake Tahoe provide hundreds of miles of hiking trails ranging from easy to strenuous. The trail to Prey Meadows and Skunk Harbor is an easy hike that leads you to  an abundance of wildflowers in the spring or a cove that is perfect for swimming and sunbathing in the summer. Though more strenuous, the six mile hike to the top of Mt. Rose will leave you with breathtaking views of the lake and the city of Reno.

See Camp Richardson, Emerald Bay, the western shore of Lake Tahoe, Meeks Bay and Tahoe City. Then fly to the east past Kings Beach, Incline Village, and the favorite Lake Tahoe hangout of the Rat Pack, The Cal-Neva Resort. Continuing around and following the shoreline to the south, you be afforded vistas of Cave Rock, Zephyr Cove, and the casinos at Stateline. Your flight will finally bring you back to the airport at South Lake Tahoe.
