This is a simple Dollar Point house for ten people with some nice earthy tones to give it a lot of pizazz and color! Hardwood floors in the living room, large chocolate brown leather couches, big overstuffed chairs, TV/DVD/VHS, record, CD, and card table all in good sized living room, plus laundry open to the kitchen. Dining table seats 10 & is located off the kitchen. Pleasant lakeviews from the deck, lots of parking, 1 car garage, and a very short walk down to the homeowners association sandy beach!

This house isn't fancy; has the original kitchen and can be best decribed as "family friendly." The downstairs doesn't heat well, so if you are sensitive to cold (especially in the winter months, brrrr!), please be fore-warned. Also, the bedrooms are a bit tight, except for master bedroom which has a Queen bed and full bath, plus new TV/DVD. The master is off the kitchen, so some people complain of the noise from kitchen and living room activity, but is spacious and sunny. The other 4 bedrooms are on the entry level: two with bunks and two with Queen beds. One full bath on entry level as well. No smoking. 1 well behaved dog allowed. Wireless internet now included, but not always guarnateed.
