The Hoeck Lakefront has almost every amenity you could dream of for a Tahoe getaway, including an elevator! (Sorry, no hot tub—but 3 jetted bath-tubs to make up for it!). Experience dramatic sunrises and tremendous panoramic views from every room in the house. “It’s a wonderful life.”

The main floor offers a two car garage, with one space available for guests. The side door leads into the gourmet kitchen, complete with stone floors and counters, and stainless steel professional grade appliances. Plenty of spices, cookware, flatware, and other handy kitchen amenities—all with a fabulous lake view. Step down to dining room with a round mesquite table for 6-8 on beautiful distressed floors, and another step down to open great room. With vaulted ceiling, Stickley leather couch and chairs, wood-burning fireplace, flat screen (47”) TV, this space boasts an incredible view of Lake Tahoe. French door opens to wrap-around deck.

Also on this level is a ½ bath and one of four master suites (this suite features a Tempur-Pedic king bed, flat screen TV, Jacuzzi tub, and large shower in the private master bath).

On the fourth level over the bridge is the Rapunzel bedroom suite. This is a great out-of-the-way room with a double bed, a private bath, bunk room and an unsurpassed view.

The second level features three additional master suites all with queen beds and 32” flat-screens (the home has built in audio throughout and Wi-Fi available but the connection is not guaranteed) two of the suites have jetted bath-tubs and one has a steam room. The Cowboy suite has a balcony deck and a stairway leading down to the lake. This floor also has a large utility room with a washer, 2 dryers, a sink, and cabinet space.

The bottom floor is the play-area! This level features a full bath, a pool table, a full bar with seating for 6, two ice machines and a poker table. It also has a full theater room with both a giant TV and a drop-down movie screen, and 5 comfy reclining chairs (with cup-holders!). Out the sliding door is a stone patio leading to the access to the lake and private pier with boatlift and two buoys (subject to availability).
