"Back during the Great Depression in 1929, George F. Wells designed the first “Electric Waffle Iron”. Ultimately this fueled the creation of a small family business that manufactured commercial restaurant equipment. This company is still in operation and supplies restaurants worldwide. This small company was sold more than 35 years ago, but the fun memories have survived. This kitchen features many of these “Wells” appliances, including the “Waffle Iron.”

Queen bed in downstairs bedroom with private 3/4 bath, Queen in southern upstairs room with full bath and 2 twin beds in northern upstairs room with full bath. Lots of sun from skylights. Lofted family room with 2nd woodburning fireplace and TV is spectacular, especially in the morning when you are blessed with one of the more beautiful views of Tahoe, looking out the full wall of windows.

Gas grill and private deck, lake access only 40 feet from the doorstep. Buoy visibible from the kitchen window! No dogs, no smoking please! Washer and dryer on entry level.

Additional feature includes a fully furnished apartment above the garage. Though small quarters with few windows, the apartment offers a very unique lodging option for the kids or anyone who wants their own space. Lofted area with queen bed, plus 2 more twin beds.
