Driving directions
From our office in downtown Tahoe City, turn LEFT out of our parking lot onto North Lake Blvd/Hwy 28. Travel just under 5 miles into Carnelian Bay. After the population sign, start looking for a silver-blue garage on the lake side with steps down to the house. House number 4784. Park off the road infront of the garage (sorry no garage access).

Everything from the vanities in each bedroom to the flat screen TV in the living room & foosball table in the den + private pier makes this house enjoyable for any generation. The lake view hot tub is an added bonus to this classic house. The first level features an office with 2 twin sofabeds, one full bath, fully equipped kitchen leading into an open panaramic view from the living room & dining room with outside deck table & gas barbeque. The lower level features 4 bedrooms: 1st with queen; 2nd with double; 3rd with king; 4th with 1 double and 1 twin. Full bathroom, laundry room, den with 2nd TV/VHS & lots of games + lower lakefront deck. Buoy available in summer/fall, dependent on sufficient water level.


Internet access is provided, but the connection is not guaranteed.
