When you want to rent or buy or sell real estate you go to an expert in the area - right? Well you have come to the right place.  I have lived at Lake Tahoe nearly all my life. I grew up here and have been renting, and selling real estate since 1977.

My goals - I will find buyers the right home for them and will provide world class service before, during and after the sale. For sellers, I will get them the most money the market will bear, in the shortest amount of time and with the least amount of inconvenience.

To accomplish these goals I will utilize the latest technological tools combined with personal service. 

My interests include Snow and Water Skiing, Mountain Biking, Golf, Tennis, Sailing and raising two great kids (okay I'm a bit biased)!

Our longest-standing Tahoe local, Susan has been with HRG since 1988 when there was only 1 computer and no website.  Devoted but still fun-loving, Susan enjoys sharing her adventurous stories of growing up in North Lake Tahoe with her sister Monica who manages the Cobblestone Center, and brother Ulf, who supervises the landscaping and snow-removal.  Susan wakes up often before the crack of dawn to run with her dog Bella, skate-ski at the Nordic Center, mountain bike through Page Meadows, or skin up Rubicon Peak and ski down with her husband Jim, a local electrician.  She throws fabulous dinner parties and loves entertaining.  Always planning something fun, Susan keeps the pulse of the office in "make it happen" mode.  She keeps the bank balanced, and the office operational.

Jesse moved to Lake Tahoe 4 years ago from New Jersey. Originally for the snowboarding, he quickly realized that the Tahoe summers were equally amazing. When he isn’t chilling on the beach or shredding Squaw Valley he is playing baseball for the Tahoe Twins.  Jesse's favorite places to eat are New Moon's Uncommon Kitchen in Tahoe City and Java Hut in Kings Beach.  Let him teach you how to snowboard in the winter or catch one of his ballgames in the summer!

Jessica has lived in Lake Tahoe for the better part of twelve years.  Originally from Minnesota, she is an avid hiker and Minnesota Twins fan.  In the winter you'll find her out snowboarding, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing.  If you have any questions about the outdoors, Jessica's the one to ask!

Danielle moved to Tahoe, sight-unseen, 48 hours after graduating from Loyola University in Chicago. Having grown up in Santa Cruz, she knew she’d feel back at home in CA, and has enjoyed the beauty of the Sierras for 4.5 years! Joining the team at Hauserman was a blessing in the Fall of 2006, as the Rental Groupies continue to be her main reason for staying in the mountains. Aside from working, she mostly takes pleasure in the live music and entertainment of the local and surrounding areas, but also kayaks or swims in the lake every day during the summer (and goes boating as often as possible), and finally got into XC skiing last winter (but will never turn down a snowmobile ride)! Danielle loves the North and West Shores of Tahoe, but lives in Truckee and spends quality time at Donner Lake on her days off. Most rewarding easy hike? Eagle Rock on the West Shore. Favorite breakfast spot? Firesign Café in Tahoe Park. But she most enjoys the nightlife of downtown Tahoe City, with newly renovated Fat Cat Cafe, brand new wine bar called CorkScrews in the Cobblestone Center, and Syds Bagelry by Heritage Plaza. Wanting some travel advice? Ask Danielle- she knows her way around!

Justin relocated to Tahoe from Cool, CA. He left his whitewater rafting for the higher elevation to improve his snowboarding skills, and joined Hauserman in the winter of 2007/2008. When he is not busy finding you vacation rentals, ski leases and long term rentals, you can find him dropping 60 foot cliffs or doing skateboard tricks at a local park. His favorite place to eat in the area is Yoshimi's Sushi in Incline Village; he highly recommends it if you like Sushi!  He also suggests you join him for Monday Night Football at Lanza's for their Roma Garlic Chips.  Shred Northstar or go rafting or golfing or disc-golfing or kayaking or swimming or just grab a bite to eat with him on his days off!
