**DOGS CONSIDERED**

Super comfortable and updated family-style home in coveted Dollar Point neighborhood.

Updated facade, fenced back yard. Enter into the great room with plush couches and new 46' Flatscreen DirecTV/DVD/VHS, new gas fireplace, CD player, games. and dining table for 6 plus kitchen counter stools. The living room joins the updated kitchen, with full appointments!

On the same level are two bedrooms with new beds and TV/DVD/VHS, one with a queen and one with two twins, plus full bath between. Each bedrooms has its own wireless DirecTV.

Upstairs is a bedroom with two twin beds and TV/VHS, then another full bath and the largest bedroom at the end of the hall has a new king bed! This bedroom also has a small lofted area that looks out through the living room to a peak of the lake.

Best of all, your dog can join the fun and stay in this pet-friendly unit! Back deck with new patio table and propane grill available for use during summer months.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE.

This place was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of rooms and it was kept well. There were games and great spices. The kitchen was my favorite part about it. Fully stocked with spices and pans and all the items you think you would need. The only issue I had was the gaps in between the stairs were pretty big. Our 1 year old could slide right through. That was my biggest fear was that he would fall off the 2nd story. But he didn't thank God! Other than that it wasn't too bad. There were cobwebs in the hallways and spiders on the pillows but we are out in the mountains and expected some kind of life in there.

Very "old school" Tahoe house. Perfect for our needs. Enough room to park a boat and your cars. You can tell that dogs have been here, but if you have a dog it won't matter. Our 2 10 pounders were quite happy with the house and yard as well.
The location allows access to a lot of areas very easily. If the need arises, we will use this property again.

This is a lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood and close to everything (restaurants, trails, shopping, etc). It had everything we needed! I think the home could use new carpeting throughout but other than that a great vacation spot.

We had a great time! Very pet friendly environment. Our key card had been deactivated and i found that experience a bit disappointing as I had to go the next day to the association to get it reactivated. I do think this is something Hauserman should monitor and ensure.

This property is in a great location in a great neighborhood. Very quiet and exactly what my family and I hoped for. The property was well taken care of and very, very clean. Nice deck and a fenced yard for our dog. Very spacious. We would definitely rent this property again!

We will most likely rent this house again as we have for the past 6 summers (can't believe it has been that long). Already booked for 2016 Summer! The location is perfect since it is walking distance to the pool and it is 2 homes away from where my parents stay each summer. The reason we come back each year is because Danielle, Dana, Jessica and Sean (just met him this year) have been SO LOVELY to deal with. We really appreciate them. Thanks!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house. We love the fenced yard for the dogs. The kitchen is very well stocked. The table outside on the deck is very nice. My only criticism is that the windows & screens could use a good cleaning. I wiped cobwebs off the outside of the windows in back. Overall, we love staying at this house, & we love the pool & the beach at Dollar Point.
