Charming forest cottage in Tahoe Pines with HOA beach and pier within walking distance - only 1/2 mile! This rustic home is in a great woodsy setting with greenbelt behind you - perfect for hikes with your family, friends, and dog!

Exterior offers wonderful large sunny deck outside with furnishings and propane BBQ to enjoy the outdoors. Enter into a spacious open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining area, and living area with river rock fireplace.

Main level also includes a bedroom with Queen bed and full bath across the hall. Laundry room that leads to smaller back deck on this level as well.

Upstairs, includes two large bedrooms with A-framed ceiling in both plus 3/4 bath in the hall. First room has a comfortable King bed and a Juliet balcony overlooking the front deck. Second room has 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. Furnishings and bedding all recently refreshed.

Sorry, garage not available. House not available for rentals during winter months (mid-October to mid-May, usually).

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax.

Fantastic place to stay. We had three kids and it was perfect. Very quiet area with a short drive into a Tahoe City for all your needs. Very relaxing deck to hang out on. We will definitely be coming back.

Tahoe was great had a great time . The rental was ok had some bugs and rat droppings but was OK . The key was we felt mislead as the rental said we had beach and dock access, the key they provided was an old key and didn't give us access to the dock. one of reasons we rented the house. Then Hauserman advised they would fix and did, also stating they would talk to ownners about making it right . Never heard back even after leaving a message with Hauserman. Then I saw they gave us a poor rating whicj i can honestly say we left the place cleaner then we found it. Still never received any follow up from them .

House was spotless when we arrived. Washing machine stopped working last week we were there. Hauserman personnel were very responsive to our request for help. While we chose not to have a technician, we appreciated the offer to come and fix the machine.

Overall, The king and queen beds were exceptionally comfortable! My husband and I slept better on the king than we do at home. Bed comfort makes a huge difference! The neighborhood is amazingly quiet, that was a huge bonus. I hope you don't get partiers in the house, because I'd love to stay here again and not have the bedframes destroyed or the neighbors disgruntled with obnoxious renters. Thanks to the owners for offering up their wonderful home to us!

The house suited our needs very well. It was in a great location for us and it was pretty well stocked. We forgot some things in the kitchen cabinets so the next group will have even more. We all enjoyed our stay! I am rating this house a 3 because it was not very clean when we arrived. The surface was clean. I spent about the first hour of my stay cleaning. 1. Window sill had dirt and bugs in the dining room area, over the kitchen sink, the laundry room and living room. 2. The light fixture over the kitchen sink had little bugs stuck to it from the top to about 3/4 the way down. There were also little bugs on the cabinets above the stove which I didn't get to. 3. The floors were sticky. 4. There were not quit as many towels as advertised. Good thing we brought extras. 5. The shower curtain in the downstairs tub/shower was moldy. This was replaced during our stay. The house just needs a good deep cleaning.

The home was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed the spacious deck and had plenty of room for our whole family. We also felt much safer with the bear fence. The home was clean and comfortable.
