This beach is party central year round.  The beach itself is over a mile long, sporting the best place to play volleyball, a huge passenger vessel and smaller passenger catamaran, and a wide-open grassy area perfect for events, concerts, or a game of touch football.  You can also find water sport rentals.  The Sunset Bar overlooks the beach and is a prefect place to sit on the beach and sip a drink, as they send cocktail servers to roam about the beach looking for thirsty people. This beach is more “Spring Break” then “Wholesome Family Fun Time” and it has a party atmosphere, especially near the bar. There is a fee for parking and they often fill up at this popular spot. The Cove has camping, lodging with beachfront cabins, horseback riding, and snowmobiling during the winter.
