Urban loft luxe meets cozy mountain charm in this home in the Skylands neighborhood on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. Blue Charmer features simplicity and comfort in its design and decor. Slate gray and white with pops of turquoise and Tahoe blue, this cabin is “mountain modern” throughout.

Enter to efficient foyer with lots of handy coathooks. To the left is the open living space with fully updated kitchen, 4 metal bar stools at the kitchen island, dining table with 8 mod metal chairs, comfy couch and two matching easy chairs, flat screen Smart TV, and small gas fireplace to keep it all toasty warm. Enjoy your music library through the Sonos sound system.

The three bedrooms are down the hall on the other side of the house; one with Queen bed, one with 2 Twin Trundle beds, and a master suite with Queen bed and ¾ bathroom (shower only, no tub). All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The Twin bedroom is great for 4 kids but for adults would be best with just 2. Shared full bathroom in hallway.

Deck on front of house has gas grill and steps down to paver-stone patio with gas fire pit to enjoy in all seasons.

Skyland’s private HOA pier is within easy walking distance just down the street; access is included. The house backs up to open forest and the Kaspian Recreation Area. Great hiking/biking/snowshoe trails abound in beautiful, nearby Blackwood Canyon. Plus, it’s just 2 miles north to the popular Sunnyside resort and 2 miles south to Homewood for skiing or boat launching.

Blue Charmer is in a great location close to all the wonderful things the West Shore has to offer!

This house is everything our family is looking for for a tahoe vacation if it is a short weekend get away or a longer stay. Great lay out makes it fun to spend the evenings together,walking distance to the lake with a private dock as a bonus and a short distance to the hike to Eagle Rock. Kids loved the fire pit and marshmallows and what can be better than grilling on the deck in the tahoe evening. Great location for outdoor lovers with short distances to stores, markets and restaurants. We only wished we could stay longer.

The experience through Hauserman was great. The app made everything accessible. The property was in a great location and was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was great except the beds. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. We have a platform bed at home and are used to this set up. I would highly recommend upgrading to Casper mattress. We would not rent this property again due to the uncomfortable beds. After long days of hiking, a good night’s sleep is critical. Would definitely rent through Hauserman again.
