Also known as the the Dome Home, Kennedy is less than 2 miles from Tahoe City, offering easy proximity to both winter and summer fun. Newly remolded with uniquely cut ceilings, vaulted in the living area. Front door opens into great room with living area including a stone gas fireplace, lots of cozy seating, flat screen smart TV, dining room table with bench seats and 4 kitchen island stools. Remodeled kitchen with new appliances and Large deck wraps around the side and back of the house, offering gas grill and picnic table.

There are 2 bedrooms off the downstairs living area, one has a Queen bed and the other has 2 Twin beds. They share a full bathroom. Upstairs is the master suite with King bed and full bathroom.

This house is right across the street from the Dougherty house, and just down the street from Das Berghaus and Bonanza.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

The Kennedy’s Dome Home was perfect for our stay in Tahoe. The refurbishment looks great, super well done. 5 minute drive from Tahoe City and 15-20 minutes from Alpine and Palisades Ski resorts. Nearby great hiking spots and beautiful vistas. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to have a great time in Tahoe. Thanks y’all!

We had a spectacular time at the Dome Home. The location was perfect for taking down the Alpine and Palisade runs and then checking out Tahoe City in the evening. Great condition and spacious, we enjoyed every second of the stay.

This was the second year in a row I’ve used Hauserman Rentals and once again everything was perfect. We have a place close by at Tahoe Taverns and it is very convenient to have our group stay so close together.

My group enjoyed our stay in the dome home! Location was excellent for skiing at the Palisades.
Some of the appliances were a bit dated but served their purpose.
I greatly appreciate everything this cabin had to offer :)

We had a very good week. The maintenance people took care of two minor issues quickly and easily. The home is very comfortable. The only issue was, we brought bikes and kayaks. There is no easy place to store or leave them. We liked the location for it's walking proximity to many places and lack of traffic on Chapel Rd.

The WIFI was borderline non existent, and there was no lock on the downstairs bathroom. Also, one of the kettles was rusty and needs to be replaced as it cannot be used. Otherwise the property provides a lovely unique experience.
