Meet Our Vacation Rental Group

Since our establishment in 1966, agents and specialists have come and gone, but our current team boasts over 50 years of combined experience. Co-owners Dan Hauserman and Russ Baruh have established a diverse group, and we hope you enjoy getting to know us a bit better, and put a face to a name. We also hope you’ll explore our recommendations and advice for a great “local” experience!

Susan Grigoleit

Bio:

Our longest-standing Tahoe local, Susan has been with HRG since 1988 when there was only 1 computer and no website. Devoted but still fun-loving, Susan enjoys sharing her adventurous stories of growing up in North Lake Tahoe with her sister Monica who manages the Cobblestone Center.

Susan often wakes up before the crack of dawn to run with her dog Bella, skate-ski at the Nordic Center, mountain bike through Page Meadows, or skin up Rubicon Peak and ski down with her husband Jim, a local electrician. She throws fabulous dinner parties and loves entertaining. Always planning something fun, Susan keeps the pulse of the office in “make it happen” mode. She keeps the bank balanced, and the office operational.

Jessica Peterson

Bio:

Jessica has lived in Lake Tahoe for longer than she wants to admit. Originally from Minnesota, she is an avid hiker and Minnesota Twins fan. In the winter you’ll find her out snowboarding, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing. If you have any questions about the outdoors, Jessica’s the one to ask!

Dana Lipsky

Bio:

Lake Tahoe has always been a part of Dana’s life, beginning with family trips as members of the Fremont Ski Club in the 1960s. She moved to Lake Tahoe full-time in 2002. In winter, you may find her indulging in her all-time favorite sport – alpine skiing – or snowshoeing along a forest trail.  When the weather is warmer, she enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and the many—often free—music events offered throughout North Lake Tahoe.

Kerry Wyzykowski

Bio:

Kerry moved to Tahoe in 2009 “just for the winter” but fell in love the area and decided to stay! She left for two years at the end of 2015 (who knows why?!) but realized she couldn’t stand being away for so long and moved back in 2017 to make Tahoe her permanent home! She loves snowboarding and skiing, hiking, swimming in the lake, playing beach volleyball, shooting guns, and floating the Truckee River. Like everyone else in the office, she is an animal lover and never turns down the opportunity to say hi to a dog! Kerry’s knowledge of the Tahoe area and experience working at local resorts and other recreational facilities make her a great resource for our short term visitors! She loves working at Hauserman Rental Group and is always striving to provide a great experience for our guests and homeowners.

Tiff Semon

Bio:

Tiffany grew up in the Foothills of the Sierra Nevada’s playing outside building forts in blackberry bushes with her dogs to tromping around and camping with her family. She comes to Tahoe via Santa Cruz where she went to college and really formed an appreciation for coastal living and life- there is nothing like being in the ocean in October or on single track during a foggy Spring day in the Redwoods.

These days Tiffany loves all the things Tahoe has to offer in every season. Summers full of sailing, paddling, hiking, biking, floating warm nights in the back-country, farmers markets and bagging the peaks in The Range of Light. Winters are a nice slow down, and a time to enjoy the limited sun during the day and the cozy times at home cooking and sipping something warm by the fire. A time to focus in on surfing that fluffy, white stuff that blankets our mountains- the stuff we all dream about on those warm summer nights or at the first hint of yellow on the Aspens.

She is grateful for the plethora of pups that fill the office on any given day and getting to catch sunrises before heading into the office. She looks forward to growing and exploring new seasons of life up in the Mountains!

April Easley

Bio:

April is a Southern California transplant. Originally from Los Angeles, spent several years in San Diego after College and has since recently relocated to the Tahoe area. She loves to travel and spend time with family. New to the area, she is having fun experiencing her first winter in Tahoe and is looking forward to learning how to ski.

Marsha Wagner

Bio:

Marsha found her way to Tahoe City from Ohio. She spends most of her spare time enjoying everything Tahoe has to offer. Blu and Stanley, her two Great Danes, accompany her everywhere. They are usually spotted on a trail hiking or swimming in the lake. Skiing at the Tahoe City Nordic Center is their favorite winter sport – the dog friendly trails are a blast!

She is also the owner of Dog Tahoe. Hand made dog bandanas, bow ties, neck gators, collars and acrylic dog tags. Your dog will walk the trails in style! Dog Tahoe can be found at Scraps in Tahoe City.
