Located in Tahoe City, the company oversees a portfolio of over 100 short and long-term rental properties along the North and West Shores of Lake Tahoe. VACATION RENTAL SPECIALIST

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, self-starter, quick learner, customer-service driven, and looking for a long-term opportunity in the vacation rental industry.

Responsibilities
Assist guests, homeowners, and vendors with professional and friendly customer service
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Support reservations, guest communication, and homeowner communication
Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Help coordinate property needs and day-to-day office operations
Maintain organized records, contracts, and files
Learn and use company software and systems effectively
Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
IMPORTANT: Applicants will not be considered unless they currently live within 30 miles of Tahoe City, CA.
Must currently reside within 30 miles of Tahoe City
Must have reliable transportation
Self-starter and quick learner
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team player with the ability to work independently
Comfortable learning and using computer applications including Outlook, Google Mail, Word, Excel, Escapia, and search engines
Must be available to work weekends and holidays

FIELD MAINTENANCE

The field maintenance position is well-suited for individuals with basic maintenance experience. They should be able to handle simple repairs for various items within and around a home.

Responsibilities
General light home maintenance duties including diagnosing issues & plan for addressing them, simple plumbing, electrical, dry wall repairs, minor furniture repairs, appliance repairs and other minor maintenance
Remove trash from homes and dump runs as needed
Reports directly to maintenance coordinator, but occasionally will interact with owners and guests to problem solve maintenance issues
Various tasks, trouble shooting, and deliveries to homes as needed

Preferred Skills
Previous maintenance experience strongly preferred
Communication and customer service experience
Time management and problem-solving skills

Job Requirements
Lifting – must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. independently
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
Company vehicle provided
