Price Haus is a charming, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin on Lake Tahoe's West Shore, perfect for up to 4 guests. Access to the seasonally-available Tahoe Park HOA amenities, including a private beach and 2 piers, comes with this rental.*

From the parking area, 8 stair steps lead down to the entry way and living area, featuring a gas fireplace, plush sectional sofa, and large smart TV with streaming capabilities, but no cable TV. Fully equipped, modern kitchen provides all you need to prepare and serve meals, with the adjacent dining table seating up to 6. Large windows let in lots of natural light. Two Queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, and laundry facilities are also on the lower / entry level.

Upstairs there’s a second bathroom and large landing area with a futon.

Wireless internet is included.

Please note that this home does not provide a deck, patio or usable outside area. No BBQ onsite.

Parking is limited to 4 spaces.

- Minimum age to rent: 25
- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

Beautifully redone home on a quiet street in Tahoe Park. The home is beautifully redone and the kitchen is fully outfitted. The new patio in front is a wonderful place to sit for coffee or cocktails. We walked to the market and the beach. Highly recommend.

The house had many wonderful aspects. The kitchen was amazing. The location was great. The furniture with perfect. It was very clean. The only issue was that the wall heater was so loud that we could not have it on day or night during our trip in January. We made do with the space heaters that were provided, but it was not ideal. This house would be perfect if it the wall heater was addressed/updated.

We enjoyed our stay in this house a lot and recommend it to everyone which plans to stay for a couple of days nearby Lake Tahoe. Kitchen was well equipped, and everything was in excellent condition and very clean.

The house is easy to find in a very quiet area, but grocery stores aren't far. Even without AC, the rooms had always comfortable temperatures.

We are a family of four and had a great 5 nights in this newly refurbished property. It's in a quiet location but still only 5 minutes in the car ro Tarhoe city and 10 minute walk to the beach. What made t even better was the private access to the beach and BBQ facilities.......highly recommend!

This was one of the very best vacation homes we have ever stayed at. In particular, the decor is high quality, and the home is very well equipped. It was exceptionally clean. We stayed in winter and found the heating a bit noisy, otherwise this home is perfect!

It was a great place to stay. It had almost everything we needed. If I had to make any changes I would add some coffee into the place. There was a great tea selection, however there was no coffee. It’s okay we bought some early the next day. Additionally there was so many extra amenities like board games and cards. One thing I feel should have been added was sleds for winter activities. We ended up buying sleds and left them in the home for the next guests. Great place all around!
