Entry is on the lower level where you'll find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The sunny master bedroom features a comfy California King bed, an attached bathroom, and a balcony with partial lake views. Second bedroom with a Queen bed shares the master bath through a separate entrance. Laundry facilities are on this level as well.

Lake view living room, kitchen, dining area, and a second full bathroom are on the mid-level. Kitchen offers a gas stove and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows or movies. Dining table easily seats 6 and there's additional seating at the kitchen counter. Balcony offers expansive lake views and, in summer, a gas grill.

The top level is a lofted bedroom with a Double-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunk bed, great for kids and adults alike. This lofted bedroom is partially open, and looks down onto the living area below.

The HOA amenities at Carnelian Woods are top-notch too! Enjoy the seasonally available swimming pool and tennis courts, year-round outdoor hot tubs, and recreation center with game room. Centrally located in the town of Carnelian Bay on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, it's easy to get to restaurants, beaches, ski resorts, and all the amazing activities Tahoe offers.

Pool and spas open all summer. Spas open summer and winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall. | High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is not guaranteed.

Have rented twice now through Hauserman.. this unit in particular was so well maintained, warm and cozy that we couldn’t have asked for more.. plush interiors, beautiful and quiet location in Carnelion woods and amazing family time.. we just loved it and are looking forward to coming back for more !

Fantastic townhouse-- would definitely visit again! Unit was in a great location with gorgeous views of the forest and Carnelian Bay in the distance. Good size bedrooms, very clean and cozy. Fireplace and kitchen were fantastic, with plenty of amenities to cook. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Thanks for sharing your townhouse with us.

This condo is wonderful—comfortable, cozy, clean, quiet and well equipped. It has fantastic views of the forest and the lake and the location is wonderful—walking distance to the lake and beach with trails nearby and an easy drive to skiing. The kitchen is modern and has everything we needed for cooking. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and trying out the puzzles and games. Parking and access were easy and convenient. We would stay here again any time!

We enjoyed our stay at Carnelian Woods #126. The location is wonderful. It’s in a forested area, a nice easy walk to the lake, with Tahoe City and the North Shore Stateline close by. The condo is well appointed with a full kitchen, spacious, with a nice living room complete with cozy fireplace and TV/cable. The condo is private and quiet, with the deck facing the forest. We had a peek of the lake. There is plenty of parking. Nearby are a number of restaurants, coffee places and things to do. We had a great stay, enjoying the condo, as much as we enjoyed Tahoe.
