Property was minutes away from Tahoe City that has good restaurants, groceries, shops, and ski rentals. The home was clean and fully stocked with everything you'd need. Hot tub was in good working condition also. The communication from Hauserman was on point and timely. We had a family of five with three grown (over 18) kids. Check out Rosie's for breakfast and a decent burger at Fat Cat's. Went to South Tahoe for a day at Heavenly Village and dinner at ****'s Kitchen. No view of lake, but only a five- minute drive to get to one.

Great and Spacious

Great! Spacious. Fully equipped in terms of kitchen and amusement items (ping pong and bacci ball all a hit!). Some more prominent disclosure on guests bringing their own beach towels might be good. If it was in the paperwork I missed it. A final note: have owners considered a second small refrigerator in the garage? 7 adults over a week consume a lot of sparkling water, juice, white wine and beer just a thought.

A Calming, Rejuvenating Stay

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Cedarwood Serenity. We had a fantastic visit. The place is aptly named as one feels a calm alignment with the property and nature across the street as well as internally, a feeling of Zen permeates the property. The decor inside the cabin is simple and elegant, with higher end appliances. Technology is seamlessly integrated into the spaces. A lovely, fenced in backyard is available for a dog to do their business as well as for people to just hang out, enjoying the outdoors. The upstairs bedroom and bath feels serene and calming, allowing one to relax and recover from the days activities. A major benefit of the location is being virtually across the street from trails for hiking and biking. We had a wonderful, rejuvenating time and would stay there again, in a heart beat.
