**DOGS CONSIDERED**

This lovely, spacious 2-story 2500 sq. ft. home is an ideal setup for 2 families! Located on the beautiful West Shore, walking distance to Hurricane Bay beach, bike path.

Home features lovely open concept floor plan. Entry level includes great room with comfortable seating, wood burning stove (wood provided in winter only), and smart TV, well appointed kitchen with a grand dining table for all 8 guests to gather for meals or games comfortably!

All three spacious bedrooms upstairs have been recently refreshed with lovely new bedding. Master has a comfortable new King bed, new sofa, walk-in closet, and large en suite bathroom with jetted bath tub! Second room has a cozy King bed as well as a Twin bed. Third room is very spacious with a Queen bed, two twins, plus a small lounge area with new sofa, TV/DVD plus lots of games. Second full bathroom upstairs in the hall.

Lovely outdoor space with year round private hot tub, and summertime large propane BBQ.

Two car garage, plus 3-4 spaces in flat, easy access driveway. One well behaved dog welcome with advanced approval. Smoking prohibited anywhere on property.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Upstairs Master, King Bed
Bedroom 2 - Upstairs, King Bed and Twin Bed
Bedroom 3 - Upstairs, Queen Bed and Twin Bed

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE.

THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF A PROPERTY AND ALL PET WASTE NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The cabin was roomy for the 6 adults and one child in our party. I was clean and had a well appointed kitchen. Great location. The property management company was wonderfully responsive and we appreciated their communication and prompt responses to our questions. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had a terrific stay at the Celtic Lodge. The team at Hauserman group were extremely helpful even during the winter storms. The house was well stocked and extremely comfortable. I have travelled all over the world and this rental experience was really the best! Thank you for making our holidays special.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Everything is in good shape (beds, kitchen, living room furniture, dining room). Only a few issues: 1. the tv, could not figure out how to turn anything on aside from the not-so-smart tv. For the cost, basic cable should be included. Tried to get the SF Giants baseball game and couldn't. 2. there were no spare sheets anywhere. We needed sheets for the pull-out couch and there were none anywhere. The house is huge so it's great for a big extended family.

Great location; clean; quiet neighborhood so please be respectful when staying here; well equipped; front and back door latches did not work well however, both doors were easy to lock; some of the window cranks do not work.

The home was wonderful, cozy and well equipped for family fun! We loved that the kitchen had everything you would need and storage space for all your snacks! The rooms were large and comfortable. The hot tub was well maintained and clean, as was the home. The location is great for those wanting a quieter stay but with activities close by. The lake and lots of trails are within walking distance.

This house works very well for my family and dog. It's our favorite neighborhood, especially due to its proximity to Hurricane Bay which is one of the few off-leash dog beaches.

Great cabin. Fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time! Only criticism would be beds were really hard, upstairs tv didn’t work and the lock on the hot tub was really hard to open.

We enjoyed our time at the Celtic Lodge. We loved the location near Homewood and how spacious it was, and the layout worked well for our group. Some of the skillets in the kitchen need replacing and an updated coffee maker would be a nice addition (one that has thermos style carafe, for example, or a cafe press maybe).

Our family had a wonderful time staying at your home while we were here in Lake Tahoe for a family wedding. Very well appointed, very lovely furnishings We really utilized the kitchen which was well equipped. The hot tub was enjoyed by some of us while others toured your neighborhood pushing a stroller. Thank you for providing the crib as well. We would not hesitate to recommend your house to anyone asking.
