Great location, Quiet Neighborhood. Near Cross Trails for biking. Gas Grill outside on the porch, while on the small side, was adequate for our needs. Rooms are as described, and a washer and dryer are also a bonus. One shower (Downstairs) was the smaller size but was on-suite, which was nice. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Would rent again there.

A trip to Tahoe is always a pleasure and staying in this adorable condo added to the great weekend. It was a wonderful surprise when we arrived to see the actual condo match the pictures posted. It is very clean, cosy, and comfortable. An added plus was the positive and professional people I worked with when renting the facility.

Tahoe City condo #61

This was a fun place to stay. Just outside of Tahoe City and close to everything. This unit in particular was recently enlarged and remodeled with modern conveniences. We really enjoyed the SONOS sound system which we have at home. Great realty group to deal with and great owners of the condo. Quiet setting in the condos with only 15% of them showing occupancy at one time.

4.5 Stars (Not a selectable choice) Pros: clean, updated furniture, BBQ. Cons: small refrigerator, coffee maker too small, only 2 bars of soap for 2 BR and 2 showers, should be 4.

Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!

Thank you, we enjoyed our stay! Your home was clean, comfortable, just the right size and was well equipped with everything we needed to make ourselves feel right at home. I liked that your company has a phone app. It was very easy to contact your office when needed.

Beautiful property. Comfortably suited six of us. There were some minor concerns that I already communicated to Dana via email. In addition, there is an outdoor sprinkler that goes off around midnight - 12:35am for at least 30 minutes. The sprinkler is not only LOUD but the water also hits the side of the house, so it’s a rhythmic beating on the wall in the middle of the night. It woke us up every night and we had to wait for it to stop before we could start to get back to sleep. I think future guests would really appreciate the sprinkler being switched off or watering the lawn much earlier in the evening. I would certainly rent this property again if it was guaranteed that sprinkler was not going to turn on the middle of the night!

Everything was fine

Everything was fine except I would recommend a humidifier in the bedroom. It became very dry at night with the heater on.
