This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has it all -- 3 King beds and a Queen murphy bed; seasonal access to Tahoe Park HOA beach and amenities; "peek of the lake" view; a Tesla charger; 5 TVs; fire pit table; game area in the garage with ping pong, electronic dart board, small putting green, and TV; and plenty of space for the whole gang to relax and enjoy the best of Lake Tahoe.

Enter mid-level and head upstairs to the spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. The Living room features an 77" TV with sound bar; 2 large, plush sofas; and a game / puzzle table with plenty of both available. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals, including a 6 burner gas stove, large fridge, and lots of little extras such as an Instant Pot, Nespresso and regular drip coffee makers, blender, etc. Gas BBQ grill on the deck adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 6, plus 5 barstools at the kitchen island. Off of the living room, the front deck offers a peek-of-the-lake view, propane fire pit, and table with 4 chairs.

The upstairs level also has the primary King bedroom with TV, sofa, work station, and door to back deck. The en-suite bathroom features dual vanities and a shower / tub combo. For everyone's convenience, there's also a half bath in the hallway. Up some stairs from the living room is the sleeping loft with easy-to-use Queen Murphy bed and a privacy curtain.

Downstairs there are 2 more King bedrooms, each with TVs, a full bathroom with shower / tub combo, and laundry facilities. From this level, access the spacious 2 car garage, which is set up with a fun recreation area including ping pong table, electronic dart board, small putting green, and a TV. EV charger available.

Access to the popular Tahoe Park HOA beach is included with this rental. Tahoe Park beach has 2 piers, volleyball and bocce ball courts, a playground, and picnic tables.
