The home was great! Warm, welcoming and very well stocked.

The home was great! Warm, welcoming and very well stocked. We really appreciated that the home had very few locked owner's cabinets making it easy to find what we needed. Beds were warm and comfortable and layout worked well- the only criticism of bedrooms would be that the lighting was a bit dim. Towels plush and shampoo and conditioner very nice.

Will be back!!!

Ideal location for friends and family reunion in Tahoe Park! Main floor one level, which worked great for my elderly mother. Stairs up from the drive, but otherwise we weren't worried about her getting around the house. Didn’t utilize BBQ area, but looked inviting!

We loved our stay at the Hoeck Hacienda! It was a perfect 4 month winter getaway during the 2021 pandemic period. The place is absolutely perfect in terms of location and size for the price.

Working with Hauserman was great as well. They were professional, responsive and friendly during the issues we did experience.

Some callouts on experiences we had with the property:
- The washer machine broke during our stay and we had constant issues with it getting fixed and then breaking again. Went on for a 6 week period. Definitely recommend checking to ensure there are no more issues or that it was replaced.

- Rugs and carpets were somewhat dirty/stained despite us having to pay for a mandatory carpet cleaning service. These rugs should be replaced and/or the fee removed.

- We were led to believe we could clean the house ourselves and avoid the house-cleaning fee, however that did not pan out as expected. We were still charged a pretty hefty fee despite a very very deep clean.

This cabin was the perfect home for our family to hang out and enjoy the snow. Great location just 20 minutes from Squaw and many more activities. The only thing I would say is there wasn't enough hot water or it needed to be turned up. But otherwise a perfect Christmas vacation for all. Thank you!!!
