Situated in the quietest corner of a conveniently located condominium complex with many amenities, this 3 bedroom1.5 bathroom unit features beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Enter on the first floor to the cozy living area with plenty of seating on the large, U-shaped couch with chaise and a leather chair, plus a charming gas fireplace that's easy to use. There is high speed wifi and 42" internet-connected HDTV with cable. The fully equipped, open plan kitchen with lots of counter space for cooking and serving; a dining area with room for 6 guests; laundry facilities and a half bathroom are also on this level. The spacious deck is great for relaxing in the sun or grilling on the gas BBQ (available in summer), and it faces a beautiful meadow where you may even see some local wildlife! The deck faces westward, for views of stunning sunsets or stargazing.

All 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom offers a plush California King bed and fantastic view of the serene meadow behind the condo. Second bedroom has a Queen bed; third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have room-darkening curtains so you can sleep in as late as you want! Full bathroom with walk-in shower is in the hall between the bedrooms. A cute reading nook sits in the hallway, adjacent to the stairs.

This family-friendly unit provides lots of toys for the kids, booster seats and 2 pack n' plays.

Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, the Lake Forest Glen complex is just 2 miles east of Tahoe City. It's an easy walk to nearby Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach and Lake Forest Beach. There is convenient access to great biking and walking trails, including the paved path into Tahoe City where you'll find varied dining and shopping options. The Lake Forest boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. In the winter, a short drive gets you to the Tahoe Nordic Center for cross-country skiing or Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, NorthStar and Homewood Mountain Resort for downhill skiing / boarding adventures.

This development features two pools, sauna, all-season hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball and a children's play area. Each unit has two reserved parking spots right in front, plus extra parking available in two overflow parking lots.

Bedroom 3 - Upstairs, Twin Bed

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE.

ON MARCH 11TH 2022, THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything we needed and more- our kids loved all the toys and books and we enjoyed the patio in the mornings and evenings. The location was perfect for getting around the lake too. I would definitely recommend this house and will hope to stay again!

we had a great time, Skylandia beach is so close to the condo. makes it easy to pack up and in. we love the toys under the staircase. my kids love this place, this is our third time staying at this condo. Kitchen well stocked and equipped with everything! we saw lots of wildlife this time around, chipmunks, birds, foxes and bears! overall great time, hope to be back again!

Well maintained property. Location is pretty good, close to Tahoe City and Palisades Tahoe. Pretty rooms for 3-4 people. It can max 6 people but only one shower makes it a little busier. Again, highly recommend.

We rented this Condo for a destination wedding. Super clean, close to dining and shopping. We were a little worried about there not being any a/c, but we lucked out on the weather. We really liked that the back yard was open and had a view of wild flowers. A little strange that the master didn’t have its own bath but we made it work. This unit was very well stocked. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this nice Condo with friends and kids during spring break ski trip. Overall we are quite satisfied with this property with short driving distance to the Palisades Tahoe ski resort. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The property manager was very responsive. Only wish is that there were a second bathroom with showers. Definitely will come back again.

lovely to have spacious seating for 4 adults on the couch and at the dining table and a great big kitchen. Everything is labeled (love it!) and very well equipped. Easy parking immediately in front, lovely view of meadow in back. The (gas) fireplace initially seemed a bit tucked away, but once lit h=gave us a great ambiance with the right flame and heat.
