Peaceful Pines is a home that really lives up to its name! Nestled among towering evergreens, this property is designed for a peaceful getaway that will leave you refreshed and relaxed. From the steamy hot tub on the deck to the cozy living room with woodstove to the extra family playroom upstairs, it’s all meant to provide a fun, yet tranquil, experience.

Located in a quiet North Lake Tahoe neighborhood, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ideal for a group of up to 8. Enter on the first floor to the fully equipped kitchen and dining nook with seating for 6 plus 4 portable table trays, comfortable living room with plush sofa and easy chair and a flat screen TV with streaming services but no cable, one bedroom with a King bed, second bedroom with 2 Twin beds, a full bathroom and laundry facilities in the hall.

Upstairs there’s a spacious family room, complete with a large TV and lots of toys, games, books and movies to entertain kids and adults alike. The third bedroom has 1 Queen bed and 1 Double bed. There’s a bathroom on this level as well.

On the deck, a 6 person hot tub awaits after a day on the slopes or the lake. In summer, there’s a gas grill available too. In the yard, a fun playhouse with swing set, slide and mini climbing wall is ready for the kids. Two car garage is available for renters’ use too.

An easy walk on scenic trails leads to the North Tahoe Regional Park, which offers a variety of all –season activities including a treetop adventure course, tennis and pickle ball courts, hiking and biking trails, disc golf course, kids’ playground, and when snow levels allow, snowshoeing, sledding, cross country skiing and snowmobiling.

Nearby attractions include miniature golf, 9 hole golf course, shops, restaurants and, of course, the gorgeous “Big Blue” lake, beaches, and world-class skiing / snowboarding that make Lake Tahoe famous.

The property was very nice and in a beautiful location. As promised, it was fully stocked and well kept. (There were some spiders in the lower bathtub, but I dealt with those. I think they learned their lesson). After the spiders put me off my game, I locked us out of the house. I was hoping that my city slicker fiancé would be encounter a bear, but no such luck. The customer service people were just too good at getting us back in the house and fixed my issue immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to do it again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Peaceful Pines. The house was clean and had all kitchen utensils for cooking. The photos were as advertised. The hot tub was awesome. My 5 year old granddaughter loved the play ground set outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we do recommend for other to enjoy. Sandy Tsinnie

We loved staying at Peaceful Pines the home provided everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great and the home was big enough for our party of 8. The only suggestion I have is considering getting a guest book for guest to sign.

Nice location, very quiet. Kids love the playroom upstairs!

The house was clean, and fully equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet during our stay. Not too far from the lake. We had an unexpected guest, a brown bear! A bear came to the front yard (kids playground), and walked toward the house (inches from the big window). Kids were excited. Glad we were all inside at that moment. lol Overall we love it.
