Plush new living room furnishings and an overhaul on the kitchen have given fresh atmosphere to this large contemporary 2-story home. New 50 inch Smart TV with wireless internet , gas fireplace, large deck with hot tub and new gas grill, brand new couch with all the fixings, new easy chairs and kitchen counter stools. Sunny and cheerful, Shean features panoramic forest view with a peek of the lake. Dining table for 10-14, well-appointed kitchen. 3/4 bath in hallway.
Master bedroom upstairs with King bed, TV, and full bath. Guest bedroom also upstairs with Queen bed.
Laundry room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with tub, 1 with shower only) on entry level: two beautiful bedrooms with Queen beds and forested view; back room with 3 bunkbeds, single bed plus large screen TV with DVD and game hook-up.
Spacious driveway and 2 car garage. The Shean house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Pets Prohibited.
Chains or snow tires: required in winter. The elevation in Tahoe City is 6,250 feet. It is 7,000 feet at the cabin. This means you climb 750 feet in the 2 miles between Pine Ave. and the Talmont neighborhood. Everything was so clean and orderly upon arriving. Beautiful property in a quiet court. It fit our family of 8 adults/5 children perfectly. The kids LOVED their room (bunk bed room). The updates throughout the house are apparent and welcoming.

We loved our vacation at the Shean house. We were wondering if the owner will be renting next year. If so can we rent from you instead of going through VRBO. Also please let us bring our small dog. So great. Only one thought if you could change the shower heads. Slow water flow.

This was a great location and spacious enough for 15 people. The hot tub was an amazing addition, as well. The heating system was great and worked quickly and the kitchen was very well equipped. The only thing I would suggest is not being so aggressive via messages on Airbnb about whether a large group is there to party (I had said no several times and was still met with concern) and provide extra toilet paper + paper towels.
