Star Harbor #4 is a nicely updated, comfortable lakeview townhome in one of Tahoe City’s most sought-after lakeside communities—perfect for easy lake days, quick access to town, and year-round adventure. Enjoy beautiful views from the living area, deck, and primary bedroom, plus a location close to the paved bike path and just minutes to Tahoe City dining and shopping.

Inside, the layout is bright and welcoming with tasteful décor and practical upgrades throughout. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating, a dining table for 6, a wet bar, wireless internet, and a convenient half bath.

All bedrooms are upstairs for privacy:
Primary suite: Queen bed, in-room sink, remodeled private full bath, and a private lakeview balcony
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a private balcony
Bedroom 3: two extra-long Twin beds
Upstairs hall: full bathroom shared between bedrooms 2 and 3

Step outside to the deck for fresh mountain air and lake views. A gas BBQ is provided in summer. Parking is easy with a covered carport.

GOOD TO KNOW (important details)
- Minimum age to rent: 25
- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

The rental property provided us an excellent place to stay on vacation. The location was perfect for all of our activities. The views from the house were very scenic. The house was clean and exactly as described. Property Management was very responsive with questions we had upon arrival. Unit 4, The condo is spacious, the deck is awesome and sunny, the cabin is equipped with basic kitchen needs. It’s classic Tahoe ski and lake cabin decor, parking spot is great. Met our needs of 5 people easily.

We couldn't have enjoyed our time here more. This condo/townhome feels just like a cabin in the woods. It is cozy, well appointed, and comfy. Bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and the updates to the bathrooms were beautiful. We would definitely consider staying at this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff friendly and helpful. Not sure the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Seemed more like a full. Missing basic condiments like salt and pepper. Never found the extensive DVD collection mentioned in the listing. Other than that, we love this place!!!! Thank you!

This place is perfect size and location for my son and I for the month. Star Harbor is well kept and charming. We love the pier, pool, tennis courts and ease of access to biking, hiking and Tahoe City. We also love the little marina. The beds in this condo are very comfortable. The kitchen could be better equipped for cooking, but I have made do.
