THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES 7 NIGHT STAYS DURING PRIME SUMMER MONTHS

This light and bright Lakefront unit is literally steps away from the private HOA beach! Panoramic views of the lake from almost every room. Relax on one of the decks or in the living room and watch as the sun rises and sets over the lake.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 bath, sunken living room with wood-burning rock fireplace, HDTV and DVD, beachy furnishings and door to the outside where a short walk brings you to the pebble beach! There is a bar, dining room seats 6 comfortably, and large screen HDTV/DVD/with expanded cable and wireless internet access. Patio has a sling chair patio set, with a Weber gas BBQ grill (available in summer only).

The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. The master suite has a captivating lake view, King size bed, vanity, full bath and private balcony! Second room has 2 single beds plus a nice window seat; 3rd room has trundle day bed.

A wonderful Tahoe rental opportunity located in Star Harbor which is a unique lakefront property with its own private lagoon, dock/pier, boat buoy or slip, tennis courts and swimming pool. Located less than one mile outside quaint Tahoe City, a short walk to town provides easy access to dining and shopping year-round. Paved bike path runs right across the front of the property and gives access to miles of wonderful bicycle riding!

*THIS CONDO MAY HAVE EITHER A BUOY OR SLIP WITH PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS AT THE HARBOR MASTER'S DISCRETION, DEPENDENT ON SUFFICIENT WATER LEVEL* | WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING PRIME TIME SUMMER.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

Even in the dead of winter, we fell asleep to the waves crashing below the deck. Enough space for 4 adults and 2 teens. Amazing view, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and dining for 6. We would love to come back!

We have been staying here since 2010 and love it more and more every time we stay. The house feels so cozy with 3 beds and 3 baths, the lake view is stunning.
They always provide everything you need in the kitchen and has lots of blankets in the winter.
The fireplace gives such a nice touch, and it’s such a quiet property.

Great location in Tahoe City. And, what a view! Such a comfortable & clean house with three bedrooms and two & half baths. Amble kitchen & storage for all our items. Nice selection of shows to watch on Cable. Only issue was lack of Hot Water for showers - something is not right - only enough hot water for one person then another in an hour or two. Someone needs to check that out & get it fixed.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The views were stunning - right on the lake! The property was well maintained and very clean!! Great location in Tahoe City. Will definitely be back!

P.S. Only slight hiccup was that there was no hot water in the primary bedroom shower. Not sure why that one wasn't working because there was hot water in all other faucets in the condo. It didn't substantially affect our stay.

This was the 8th year we have rented Star Harbor #8.
Lovely location, views and experiences. It was
a treat to see the updated kitchen and appliances.
We enjoyed our 2 Kayaks and being right on the
beach extended space for all of us.

We particularly appreciated Dana at Hauserman Rental Group who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay went well when we had something unexpected come up. She was very responsive and caring - her help really made the difference for our family vacation!

Loved the place. Very clean with everything you need. Beautiful location. Had leaking kitchen tap which was fixed promptly. Loved our stay and are excited to come again. Our 9 year old son loved it too!

This cozy, sunny unit could not be closer to the water and has a great layout, with lake views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and kitchen. The heater and fireplace kept it warm when temperatures were well below zero. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed for meal prep. The location is minutes from grocery stores, restaurants. The covered parking space is a bonus in snowy/rainy weather.

We stayed at unit #8 for ten days. There is no way you can beat the views and proximity to the Lake. However, we had stayed there years ago...the general furniture, rugs, appliances are the same tired ones that were there years ago. The lighting in the unit is inadequate...the light over the main dining table is inadequate to read anything, and the lighting in the bathroom downstairs is almost nil; it is close to unusable when the door is closed. The fridge ice maker was slow/defective....and the position of the unit was such that every sound from noisy neighbors carried..phone was not operative, even for local calls......again, nothing can take away the location on the lake; but it would be nice if there were some signs that the owners spent something on the details.
