One of Hauserman Rental Group's showcase homes, Star Harbor #16 is a gorgeously renovated lakefront 2 story condo, close to Tahoe City. Great panoramic lake views from living room with big screen 56 inch TV, dining room and deck. All new flooring throughout, plus heated floors in the newly remodeled kitchen. 5 flat screen TVs have also been added with high speed internet access. Many extras have been added for your comfort at this fantastic condo!

The main level has a new master bedroom with a king size bed and TV, as well as a private 3/4 bath. On this same level is the gourmet granite kitchen with dual oven and convection microwave, dining room and beautiful living room, plus a brand new rock fireplace (DURAFLAME LOGS ONLY, no wood burning) and deck with uncompromising views from every angle with gas grill for your convenience (SUMMER ONLY).

The 2nd level includes the newly renovated master suite with king bed, rock fireplace, private bath and lovely balcony for gazing at the lake. There are 2 other bedrooms, 3rd bedroom is a queen and 4th bedroom 2 singles with bath in the hallway to share.

*THIS CONDO HAS EITHER A BUOY OR A SLIP WITH PRIOR ARRANGEMENT AT HARBOR MASTER'S DISCRETION - 25 foot maximum boat length, DEPENDENT ON SUFFICIENT WATER LEVELS*
WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING PRIME TIME SUMMER.

Our properties do not have air conditioning.

Always enjoy our annual vacation at Star Harbor. The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained with pool, tennis courts and beachfront or beach access. Rental units are always clean and well furnished. Location is within walking and/or biking distance to town. Very family friendly.

Comfy place to spend the week! Beds super comfortable, well stocked kitchen, large family style table, great for games. The view is spectacular, snow-capped mountains, experienced both white capped & smooth as glass lake. The dock is a great place to walk to the end, have a glass of wine, enjoy the scenery or take a flashlight & look at the stars. Very centrally located. Really enjoyed our off season visit. Thank you!

This was our first time in unit #16. The views are stunning.
The condo is very well equipped from dinnerware, glasses, utensils to an instapot and outdoor gas grill. The condo is spacious and beautifully designed. We can’t wait to come back next year!

The townhome was very nicely furnished, tastefully updated and had the most amazing view of the lake from the living area and the upstairs master bedroom. Everything was very comfortable and worked well. The location is excellent just a few minutes east of Tahoe City abd 15 minutes to Palisades Tahoe. The unit could comfortably accommodate 2 families. I would highly recommend staying at Star Harbor #16

Condo was exactly like presented in photos, very clean, modern and beautiful lakefront views. Love the fact that it was right on the water and we were able to dock our boat. Property manager was very courteous and promptly returned our phone call. Overall, most relaxing place we've stayed at and would definitely recommend to anyone. Loved the closeness of the bike path, tennis courts, and the town of Tahoe City. Just a great area and so much to do; hiking, biking, water sports including paddle boarding, kayaking, boating.

Family tells me the furnishings a bit dated compared to many places we have rented for less - this was the highest price we had paid -- but they loved the size of the unit, and location on the lake. It was great!

Star Harbor was a fabulous find. We've been coming to Tahoe for 30 years and did not know it existed. #16 was beautiful. The views were amazing. The convenience of the private harbor was incredible. We will definitely return to this unit. Just a few notes that you may find helpful: BBQ 1 propane tank was empty the other seemed full but had no pressure at all. The carpets are in need of cleaning in a few spots. Thanks!
