Nestled on the shorline, this harbor view townhouse balances beauty and functionality creating a serene haven from which to experience the majestic expanse of Lake Tahoe. The location provides year-round adventure, with seamless
access to exhilarating winter sports, summer activities, excellent dining, and boutique
shopping, ensuring every season is a delight.

Step onto the deck directly off the main living area. Here, in the vibrant spring months, you can savor a glass of wine while gazing upon the harbor and listening to the sounds of a nearby waterfall. Furnished with a dining table, comfortable chairs, a large umbrella, and a Weber gas BBQ, the deck is perfectly equipped for soaking in the sun-drenched Tahoe summers. Private stairs descend from the deck, offering direct access to the harbor area and a short stroll to a boat slip.*

The home has a sunken living area highlighted by a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning stone fireplace creating a perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. There is high speed internet and a 55" OLED television. The kitchen features warm alder cabinets and moldings, sleek stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a plush Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious, walk-in shower. A small electric fireplace casts a warm, soothing glow, enhancing the room's serene ambiance. A private deck extends from this sanctuary, offering panoramic vistas of the tranquil harbor, a waterfall in the spring, and a canopy of towering pine trees.

The second upstairs bedroom is perfect for younger guests, furnished with a Twin over Double bunk bed and a conveniently adjacent full bath. A cozy, private deck off this room provides an intimate peek-a-boo view of the shimmering lake. Both upstairs bathrooms are bathed in natural light streaming through large skylights. For additional guests, a third bedroom with a comfortable Double bed and adjacent half bath is conveniently located on the main level.

The private complex is an amenity-rich retreat, featuring exclusive access to a pier extending into the crystal-clear waters of Lake Tahoe, a refreshing pool, and pristine tennis courts and a large expanse of lawn. A charming, rocky beach is also available for
quiet contemplation by the waters edge. Access to nearby networks of walking and bike paths.

*THIS CONDO HAS A SLIP OR BUOY FOR YOUR BOAT WITH PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS AT THE HARBOR MASTER'S DISCRETION, ALSO DEPENDENT ON SUFFICIENT WATER LEVEL.*

Very clean, spacious, cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans , dishes and glasses. The bike path runs by the property so you can easily walk to town. This is our second stay at this rental and we will come back the next time we are in Tahoe City.

A lovely condo. Very clean, updated and close to town. Three bathrooms (two full) and three good size bedrooms. Fully equipped. An excellent place to stay in Tahoe.

We spent 3 pleasant nights at this very comfortable town house. All amenities were available as expected and were in perfect working order. The house is in a great shape and furnished with taste. All rooms and bathrooms were clean. Communication by the Hauserman Rental Group was spot on and timely. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to repeating the experience later in the season.

The rental unit was in great condition. Very nice condo. That was fortunate since we had to stay inside most of the time due to a snowstorm.
We got discount for lift tickets for Palisades, but that was of no use since Hauserman sent the booking code only 2 days before our arrival.

My experience was great we had a great time the home was beautiful really loved the kitchen because I love cooking and I also loved that we didn’t have to go to far to snow tub and the home came with snow sleds pretty much everything we needed during our stay.

This unit was the very first unit we ever stay in at Star Harbor. We bring out boat so its nice to see our boat in the slip. It would be nice to have a few more towels for the place. The place is stocked good with basics.
