Beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom condo available for MONTHLY or SEASONAL leases. Rates are flexible depending upon dates and length of stay; please contact us for more information. (Sorry, NO short term rentals at this property).

Unit #1 is the prime location in this quiet condo complex -- an end unit surrounded by pine forest -- and is affectionately called "Treetops" by the homeowners.

Bordering Sugarpine Point State Park on Lake Tahoe's West Shore, this condo is a fantastic basecamp for mountain adventures. To the north, Homewood is just 3 miles and Tahoe City is 9 miles. To the south, Meeks Bay is only 3 miles and Emerald Bay is 10 miles. The public beach at Chamberlands is a short drive or scenic walk along a paved path. Hiking, biking, swimming, boating, skiing, sledding and other exciting activities are practically at your doorstep.

Enter on the first floor where you'll find all three bedrooms; one with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, second with Queen bed, and third with a set of Twin bunk beds plus one Twin bed with trundle. Full guest bathroom in hallway.

Upstairs has the kitchen, dining and living areas, along with a half bathroom and laundry facilities. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, enjoy morning coffee, or blend up a batch of cool margaritas. Dining table seats 6-8 and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area offers a couch and loveseat for TV viewing, as well as 2 easy chairs cozied up to the gas fireplace. Lots of natural light streams into the bright and cheery upper level.

Two decks on the upper floor, one off of the living area and one off of the dining area, allow for al fresco relaxation. Outdoors, the HOA amenities include tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and a basketball hoop. The homeowners have provided outdoor entertainment such as cornhole and other games.

Including a well-behaved dog during your stay is an option, with homeowner's prior approval.

Monthly Summer Rates - For June - August - $7k for one-month / $6k per month for two months / $5k per month for three or more months.
