Star Harbor #13 is a lakefront, 4-bedroom condo with stunning panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and a prime North Shore location—just minutes to Tahoe City for dining and shopping, and an easy drive to Palisades Tahoe (Olympic Valley) and Alpine Meadows for world-class skiing.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable layout for families and groups, plus a cozy gas fireplace for après-ski evenings. Step outside to the patio to soak in the lake views and fire up the propane BBQ for an easy meal at home.

GOOD TO KNOW (important details)
- Minimum age to rent: 25
- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

The condo had a magnificent view of Lake Tahoe. It was clean and had every convenience we needed. It would be nice to have a binder with local activities. We paid $130 to sled at Granlibakken and found out the next morning there is sledding at North Tahoe Regional Park for $20/car.

The unit was exactly as advertised... it was clean, the kitchen was fully furnished (and I mean "fully furnished"), and the linens were plentiful and nice quality fine. Two words to describe Hauserman Rental Group... Excellent Service!!! If I owned a property in Tahoe, I would absolutely contract them for services.

The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and our unit a great location and view. Being on the waterfront made the stay extra special. We were close to restaurants, parks, and shopping. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. The beds were mostly comfortable and the only negative was the bath towels which were a bit threadbare - but they did the job. The grounds were pretty, tidy, quiet, and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a fabulous property. Beautiful lake views, close to town. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything you would ever need.

The property is in very good shape, very well decorated and for the most part well appointed. They could provide an additional set of towels per bedroom and the sheets will need to be replaced sooner rather than later.

We had another wonderful vacation at Tahoe in a five star condo, just 1 mile from Tahoe City with it's fine dining at Wolfdales, Jakes, Christie Hill,Great location,right on the lake with phenomenal views of the most beautiful lake in the world.A well kept 4 bedroom /3 bath condo with tennis courts, swimming pool, and off-lake boat harbor.Only 20 min. to great golf courses near Truckee. Already planning to reserve it for ski season!

The view and the feel is just ......a 10! Stay was amazing. :) We weren't sure if we needed to communicate what was already damaged or missing when we arrived so we did communicate it as we discovered certain things. Maybe an instruction for that in a note would have helped? We didn't hear back from the office about the living room blind for few days. It was towards the end of our trip so it didn't really make a big difference but the sun gets very strong on the lake side so having somebody to at least pull the blind down for us would have been helpful. Other than that the stay was amazing. :)

A better description of the trash disposal location would have been helpful. To say across bridge next to tennis courts is vague. Didn’t know it was a wooden shed until I called office. Person was helpful when I called to find where trash disposal was exactly located. The view from balcony was a pleasant surprise. So beautiful it should be mentioned in rental description.

We will try to stay at this property in the future.
